Terms of Service

The terms under which [Legal entity name] offers InstantPRD. Using the service means accepting them.

Effective[YYYY-MM-DD]

This page describes what InstantPRD actually does with your data and under what terms it is offered. It is written from the code, not by a lawyer, and it is not legal advice.

The service

InstantPRD turns a product idea into a PRD and a specified task board, and hands that board to an AI coding agent under checkpoints you control. It generates documents and coordinates work; it does not itself guarantee that any software gets built.

Your account

You must be able to enter a binding contract to hold an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it — including what any access token you issue does on your behalf.

Keep your credentials and your tokens to yourself. A token is a bearer credential: anyone holding it can act on the plan it is scoped to. Revoke one the moment you suspect it has leaked.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attack the service or the people using it.

In particular: do not submit content you do not have the right to send to a third-party AI provider. Everything you generate with passes through one.

AI output carries no warranty

A generated PRD, estimate or task board is a draft produced by a statistical model. It can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken about your domain.

You are accountable for reviewing it and for whatever an agent builds from it. The checkpoints exist precisely because a human has to look. We make no warranty that the output is accurate, complete, fit for a purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Limits and quotas

Agent API requests are limited to 120 per minute per access token. Generation is bounded by the quota of your subscription tier, which is shown on the pricing page.

We may apply further limits where they are needed to keep the service available, and will not do so to single anyone out.

Billing and renewal

Paid tiers are billed through Midtrans or Stripe. A subscription becomes active when the provider confirms the payment to us, and stays active for the period it was bought for.

Cancelling stops future renewal; it does not retroactively refund a period already paid for. Refund requests go to [legal@example.com].

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we are legally required to. Where it is possible and lawful to warn you first, we will.

You can stop using the service whenever you like. Export your plans before you do — see the privacy page for what deletion involves today.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, [Legal entity name] is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits or data, or for anything an AI agent did with output it generated.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page is the date of the version you are reading; continuing to use the service after a change means accepting the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by [Governing law], and disputes are subject to the courts of [Jurisdiction, e.g. Republic of Indonesia].
